Founding Pilot Program
Rovn

Clinicians waste months re-proving they're qualified. Facilities sit idle and bleed money. We verify a clinician once, and clear both sides in days.

You saw the film and toured the live platform. This page is the rest of the story: what we run, what it changes, and how a founding pilot proves it on your own roster, with nothing to lose.
Verify once. Trusted everywhere.

01 / Your day

Where a clinician gets stuck on the way to working.

This is your workflow, not ours. Every clinician you bring on walks this line, and every day on it is coverage you pay for and revenue you cannot bill.

02 / The three fights

Fill it. Clear it. Keep the floor covered.

Can't fill
Open roles average nearly three months. Every empty week is diverted patients and premium coverage.
Can't clear
Then sixty to ninety more days of credentialing before that hire can touch a patient or bill a dollar.
Can't keep covered
And every departure restarts it, at more than sixty thousand dollars a nurse, while licenses lapse in silence.

Of everything you run, which one thing, gone, changes your year?

03 / What it costs

Put your number on it.

These are conservative benchmarks. Change them to your reality and the addressable number moves live. The pilot measures the real figure on your roster.

Fixed benchmarks: open role $600/day · coordinator $38/hr loaded · clear target 14 days. NSI turnover $60,090/RN for context.
Fixed benchmarks: gross margin $250/day per placement · bench carry $60/day · coordinator $38/hr · bill target 5 days.
What we can move, annualized
$0
Directional, from your numbers.
Revenue delayed while hires clear
Coordinator chase hours returned
For scale, not a Rōvn savings claim
Open-role coverage
Turnover cost (we do not recover this)
Re-verification labor returned
Bench sitting idle
Cash flow timing at stake, directional
Invoicing delayed (timing, not lost margin)

One operator, application to billable.

Verify

At the source

Licenses and exclusions checked at the primary sources. 36 authorities. Every check carries a receipt your auditor can replay.

Verify

At the source

Every clinician checked at the primary sources. 36 authorities. Every check carries a receipt your client's auditor can replay.

Clear

Who's ready, at a glance

One view answers who is clear to start, who is blocked and why, what needs a named human today.

Map

Every client's checklist

One wallet mapped against each client and MSP. Move a clinician client to client, only the deltas remain.

Credential

Packets build themselves

Committee packets assemble from verified evidence, source stamped, review ready.

Submit

Submit, don't assemble

Submittal packets assemble against the client's checklist, source stamped, ready to send.

Monitor

Nothing expires in silence

Your whole roster rechecked at least every 30 days, the standard NCQA has required since July 1, 2025.

It learns

Not a chatbot wrapper

The agents learn your rules, your forms, your rhythms. Month one it works for you. Month six it works like you.

Humans decide

Every final call is yours

Every hire, credential, and privilege is decided by a named person on your team. The agents do the work. Never the deciding.

And we never take a placement fee. You hire. The verification is the product.

You just watched this run live. Which of these would change your week the most?

05 / Build it with us

You are not a customer. You are a founding partner.

We built Rōvn from a problem we lived. We are looking for a handful of operators to solve it with us, and the features you name go on our board.

A seat on the roadmap

A standing line into our product calls. What you need shapes what ships next, before it is generally available.

The founders, directly

Direct founder access through the pilot, not a support queue. When something needs a decision, you reach the people who built it.

Your terms, locked

Your founding rate is locked for 24 months as you scale. First access to everything we build.

Your fingerprints on it

The workflows we build around your operation become how it works for everyone after you. You set the standard.

06 / The founding pilot

Six months of proof. Zero long term commitment.

Days 1 to 90

Readiness

One roster, one role group. Week one you see the real state: who's ready, who's blocked, what's expiring. Then the agents take over the chase.

Days 91 to 180

Full Operator

Hiring, credentialing, monitoring, end to end, with your team at every gate.

Day 180

You decide

No long term commitment until you've seen the value in your own numbers. The report is yours either way.

The pilot · flat, whatever your size
Phase 1 · Readiness · 90 days
$2,500/mo
One roster or bench, one role group.
Phase 2 · Full Operator · 90 days
$12,000
Your call at day 90, and only owed if the Readiness report hits the numbers we agree to at kickoff.
Day 180
You decide
Continue, expand, or walk with the report. No long term commitment before this.

Flat to pilot, sized to scale. Your founding rate is locked for 24 months. We set production with you only after the pilot proves the numbers.

07 / The proof contract

The numbers we track together.

Week one we measure your baseline. Then every one is reported against it, at day 90 and day 180.

Targets are design targets, stated as targets. The report is yours either way.

08 / How we protect you

If this doesn't work, you lose nothing.

We are three founders, pre-launch, asking you to route part of your roster through us. Here is how the pilot is built so it stays your risk to walk away from, never your problem.

A BAA before any data moves

HIPAA-aligned infrastructure, BAA signed before a single record is transferred. We hand your compliance team the security sheet at kickoff.

One walled-off role group

The pilot touches one roster and one role group you choose. Nothing production-critical depends on us.

Your data, exportable and deleted

Export it any time. If you walk at day 180, it is deleted on exit and the proof report is still yours to keep.

No long term lock-in

Non-binding pilot, decide at day 180, no auto-renewal. Your founding rate is locked for you, not a commitment locking you.

Named clinical advisors

Instead of customer references, we put you in front of our advisors: Dr. Mohammed Quadri of Hackensack Meridian, and Dr. Danielle Miller, DNP, RN.

Built to survive audit

Every verification carries a source, a timestamp, and a replayable receipt. Even a walk-away leaves your files more defensible than today.

09 / Next step

A one-page, non-binding letter of intent.

It names your roster, your role group, and a kickoff window, and reserves your founding cohort seat. Week one we measure your baseline. Day 180 you decide, with proof in hand.
